Our mechanics aim to complete work within the same day of booking. However, this may vary during peak season (March-Sept), or when unusual parts are required, if this occurs you will be notified of an estimated timescale.
Some larger jobs such as a fully integrated service or custom bike builds may require more time to be carried out. We are happy to store bikes overnight, fully insured and request pick up within a week of completion. During peak season the workshop may be fully booked up to three weeks in advance, please book your appointment early if you require servicing within a specific timeframe.
Please drop off your bike the day before or by 10.00am on your day of service.
